This course introduces the participants to Supply Chain Management, defines its importance, briefs on its origin, appraises the foundation, and explains the current trend in Supply Chain Management.

This course presents Demand Management, forecasting for both dependent and independent demand, their characteristics, principles, evaluation techniques, how to track and measure accuracy, impact due to seasonality, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR), websites, and software to the participants.

This course introduces participants to Manufacturing Planning and Control systems, learning the Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) process, Manufacturing Resource Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and making a Production Plan.

This course will present the Participants with learning the relationship to a Production Plan, developing a Master Production Schedule (MPS), and drawing a relationship between Production Planning, Master Scheduling, and Sales function. 

This course will have participants learn how to plan Capacity as Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP), calculate the Available Capacity, Capacity required (i.e., Load), and how to schedule Orders.

This course will have participants learn about Dependent and Independent Demand, Concepts and Tools of Inventory Management, Aggregate Inventory Management, Item Inventory Management, Inventory and the flow of Material, Supply and Demand Patterns, Functions of Inventories, Objectives of Inventory Management, Inventory Costs, Financial Statements and Inventory, and ABC Inventory Control.

This course will introduce participants to Warehouse Management, their Physical Control and Security, Inventory Record Accuracy, and Technology Application.

This course will develop the participant's concept on the Physical Distribution System, and introduce them to Domestic and Global Logistics, as well as their Interfaces, Transportation, Warehousing and Distribution, Legal Type of Carriage, Transportation Cost Elements, Packaging, Material Handling, Multi- Warehouse Systems, Impacts of Logistics on Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management Software Applications, and Reverse Logistics.
